Configuring Alerts (Triggered Row)

In the Triggered row of the threshold table:

  • A red box indicates the condition is currently unarmed.

  • To activate, click the green area in the box (not the icon).

  • Communication Method: Click the icon inside the box to cycle between:
    • SMS

    • Phone Call

    • Email

    • Internal WellNuo Message

To finalize, click inside the box, outside of the center. A prompt will appear:
"Warning Triggered! Send message notification?"


You can choose from:

  • Send to Me
  • Send to All Caretakers
  • Cancel
